hmm i find myself to be pretty damn flexible but when i attempt the lotus stretch i have trouble putting the second leg thats under because my first leg is putting pressure on that hip. Any tips or is this just flexibility issue? I mean i can bring either legs to the very end of my hip(single/half lotus), i can reach my toes and literally put my hand behind them, get my feet pretty close to the groin and almost have them all the way to the floor, i can get my legs behind my head. I don't really know whats the problem.
i have pretty much the same issue. i think it has to do with the shape of my hips or being lanky or something. i have very flexible hips but for reason that second leg up hasn't gotten any easier in like 2 year of stretching.
