Tech Question to the web guys

So my grandparents want a webpage built for a starter that my grandpa designed and made for prop start airplanes. I do know how to use Dreamweaver and have the program, I'm not super proficient with it like i am PS and Illustrator. So my question would it be better to make a simple web page with Dreamweaver or just use a web service like Wix.com and make them a page on there. I have never used wix i have heard its easy to use and has premade layouts and such but not not sure it would be for them. I'm thinking a webpage that has info on it and maybe a link to email them directly or something. They are older and dont want to get them to involved with the page cause it would prolly get screwed up lol. Any advice would be great

I would say alot would depend on who is going to maintain the site, and how often it needs to be updated. If it needs to get updated alot and YOU don't want to get stuck doing it, then an easy template site may be best so he can keep it updated himself. But if it something with little up dates, or you don't mind keeping it current just use what you have! You can make it a super simple website.

I use Frontpage (old school!). I saw no reason to buy a new program if what I have works and I know what I am doing with it!

Right just simple prolly at the most 3-5 pages welcome page,About the starter and its history to development, about my grandfather,The actual product page and what it fits on and finally a contact page with email and phone # contacts really it would need no other updates possibly adding photos every now and then. I dont mind maintaining it personally i dont want them having any interaction with the page after its built meaning i dont want my grandma to get on try to change color or something and mess it all up.

Joomla is pretty easy to use, i know several web developers that use Siteground.com, i am in school for web design, one of my classes now is Dreamweaver, Joomla is pretty easy to use, i took a class on it and the software is free, I think dreamweaver files can be loaded into the Joomla CMS, but there are a bunch of easy templates you can use and customise
