Am I wasting my money on joint supplements?

    http://sportsgeezer.com/2010/glucosa...nee-arthritis/

Research shows poor results for glucosamine and chondroitin. But a lot of people I talk to says it works, "you have to take it for 2-3 months before it kicks in". Any thoughts?

If it works for you that's what counts. Try it and see if you get results.
Finish the bottle. It should not takes months to work.
When I take something if it works for me I continue to take it if not
I stop taking it. For example when I take calcium/magnesium and zinc
tablets and I feel it help me. The magnesium helps me sleep better at
    night after hard workouts.

I've been taking Maximum Strength Joint Therapeutics from the Kat-a lyst
company. It has Glucosamine in it. Seems to help. Bought it at 10th Planet
    Riverside, California supplement store.

Look into Sea Algea Flower to regrow cartilage. But It might be hard to find. Try to find a supplement that has a Glucosomine, Chondroitin and MSM blend.

I use Universals Animal Flex. It seems to work for me. It has Glucosamine/Condroitin/MSM. Flax seed oil plus Boswellia and Tumeric to help with pain. I think it is effective. It just takes time to build up in your system.

I'm just doing doing joint mobility exercises and i'm fine with it. I had huge problems since i was (and still be a bit) overweighted with my joints. I'm not using any supplements since they only can protect but never bring anything back.

I wish I could tell you. I've used it many times in my life,
and I'm not sure I can tell a difference. My knees are shit,
and I haven't found a solution other than surgery. If you get
any info, please share it here...that stuff is expensive.

I stopped taking glucosamine for a while and I can tell you that it makes a big difference to me! My joints started to shutdown one after the other. My knees were hurting like fuck, same for my wrist and shoulders. I got back into it few weeks ago and I can feel already a difference! Is it a placebo effect? Maybe all I can tell is that I don't walk around like a crippled anymore!!!
I'm on 1500mg of glucosamine and 1200mg of chondroitin.
