Pan Am kids in Feb

Anyone out there have kids going to the Pan Am kids in Cali in Feb? If so, how are you preparing them for that? This is for those of you that are not local to the area. I guess for the local kids, its just another tournament, but for us who are out of state, it is a big deal since we are vesting a lot more time and money into this. ANd for you that have been there before, how are the quality of competition? Cora only been doing JJ for 2 years and been competing for 6 months, but 6 consecutive months. I'm not sure if she is ready for the next level of competition, going against kids that been doing this a lot longer than her. You can see from her very 1st tournament 6 months ago to now, she has improved a lot, but is she ready for that next level? I'm not sure, there are so many things that we just don't have enough time to cover.
