Pretty sure he referred to "beams". As in the structural support for buildings. Having a good west coast beams means you're supported by your strong arms, rather than east coast beams which got destroyed in 9/11.

Ok brains trust, I am writing down the Imanari/Jackie Chan drill and I need some help. So far I have it like this:

(Partner) Imanari - Rolling Honey Flow - (Partner) Honey Stick.... after that I don't know what the last couple of positions are called.
