I tried posting a picture of the ingredients but i couldn't figure out how to do it. But heres what I usually use in my green smoothies either vanilla or strawberry whey protein powder, and frozen fruits the type u can get in a big bag with several different fruits involved. like all types of berries, mangos,banana,pineapples,peaches,kiwi etc. U can use really any type of fruit to your liking but grapes, cheeries or oranges don't really blend well. For the vegetable portion you want to use leafy greens. I go with fresh kale, collard greens, spinach, celery,broccoli and carrots. When making the smoothie make sure its about 60% fruit and 40% vegetables. U don't have to use all of the ingredients I listed. try to use atleast 3 to 4 for both fruits and vegetables. if u wanna get really serious u can also use peanut butter, flax seeds, oatmeal and greek yogurt. Make sure u use a high powered blender too. Once I figure out how to post pictures i'll show u some of my creations.
