pretty much what im going for is unrealistic ever getting in a comp. you get control of both elbows, like when ur in cocoon butterfly control. then u jump with legs spread, pretty much throwing ur hips as close as you can get it to their chin. when the legs get aroundthe outside of the arms, you bring them in (if u can under the chin in sorcerer position) and by this time you should have dragged him to the ground and this is when you let go of the elbows and new york both your knees. key is getting your legs as far passed their elbow as u can. i used to do it with just wrist control and that worked but there was a massive gap. havnt tested the elbow control out but it should work.
