Full circle: Blake Jordan, NAGA finals expert division

A little less than 2 years ago Blake entered his first tournie. He was 17 and did adult beginners. He won that pretty convincingly. Everybody who starts doing tournies aspires to win the expert/advanced divisions and Blake was no different. Watching him grow and achieve his goal is one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. He's hardwork, focus, and dedication personified. And me, pride.

Once again without Eddie I would have never met this amazing lil' fucker and my life is greatly enriched because of it.

We like challenges so Blake borrowed my purple belt and met him again in the finals of gi. Dude was a black belt in judo and a decorated sambo guy. So we had a different game plan in gi. Still fundamental 10p though

damn that was beautiful. I've always daydreamed of going electric chair to the back, but that guy did it for real. So damn excellent.

David, we go 5 hole with the bottom hand. If they base to maintain top you just climb to seat belt. This guy wasn't exposed and made the mistake of turning to grab a far underhook, and ended up breaking his ribs. It is very hard to defend.

Blake is the real deal. He has by far the best lockdown I've ever been in and is very good at imposing his will on you. And then he become a College wrestler....
