Keep the first 5 warm up series in rotation. EVERY class must have a warm up series. Be consistent, don't waiver. The next 3 will be worked in eventually, thank you

How much time should each warm-up drill take? Is there a certain number of reps that we should do of each segment of the warm up?

In the beginner classes(1 hour class) it could take 30 minutes, then use the remaining 20-30 minutes on 10p specific techniques, traditional bjj nogi techs or break down each of the dead zone subs

Beginners should not be allowed into the advanced classes until they have the warm ups and dead zones memorized. The goal is to run thru the warm ups in 10 minutes in the advanced classes and use the remaining 45 minutes of drill time for anything and everything the instructor can think of, or simply just teach what I'm teaching in MTS, afterall, that's the purpose of MTS, to get us all on the same page
