    Mendes Bros Webinar

    Some of their basic techniques and the only thing I hadnt seen was the leg lasso guard pass. Still good techniques and interview before and after.

    I really appreciate the Mendes Bros. They are awesome .
    I use the De La Hiva and the Berimbolo daily and drill it to adapt in my NoGi game as well as
    50/50 , 25% guard and invert position .
