I tried reading a little bit about it online and it seemed like it was more about the spiritual aspect more than anything. Was wondering how the physical side of it was (breathing techniques, if any)
After listening to the (awesome) OMR interview with Denny, and he talked about how he could use Yoga to heal his body, I pestered him on Facebook about which books I should read to get started.
I feel that it helps with my flexibility etc. But where I personally gain the most is from just how it clears your mind and you can focus on your breathing. That is the key (for me)
