10th Planet App = Mobile Web

I began the task of making an app for android that would be a mega reference guide. I was going to model it after another app I had seen in the past.

Once I jumped in I realized that there was a ton of information that needed to be available at any given time. The app got bigger and slower and to the point that I didn't feel it was presentable. In testing it worked great on the pc so I've decided to just release it as a mobile website. This way, no platform/phone is limited. That is the upside. The downside is you have to be connected to the web to use it.

I have the app packaged for android as well but it's a bit laggy. But if any of you droid heads want it let me know and I'll host it share it.

Complaints can be directed to the "IDGAF" department but if you have some things you'd like to see, please let me know.

I do not promise all of the information is the most accurate or up to date. I gathered all of the info from the forums, ranks page, and of course the technique guide.

I also indexed every book and every DVD released.

I noticed that on the chrome for android they get "expand" on search but never reverse. In dolphin browser I don't have any issues. They also don't do that when they are in the app wrapper. Don't really know how to fix it.

that's cool as, and the decision to have it as a mobile website instead of a sluggish app was the better decision in the long run

Yea and there have been some promotions since you gathered the info. Like I said before, it's really no biggie. You have put in some serious work with all these indexes. Great work and very appreciated.

I'm thinking about making a form that will give people the ability to send corrections directly from the site. That way I don't have to comb the forums to keep the data up to date.
