Drilled it and tried it tonight in class and it was pretty difficult, the guy can just pull their arm out as it's pretty obvious what you're going for. I'll stick to my simpler Z-Guard sweeps that work for now, but with a bit more practice it seems as if it'll work
Just gotta keep hold of that wrist when shooting for the omoplata or the guy just pulls the hand out

ya i think it would be hard to control there posture and go for a kimura from the z guard, then there set up for leg locks when they pull there hand out.

Dude,I'm 225-230,built like a Gummi bear and I use Z guard all the time. I'm pretty sure you can do whatever you put your mind to!
