    Great list. My # 11 would be agility training. Being able to explosively transition from any position without fear or disorientation is a huge advantage. We spend our whole lives learning to walk with our head over our feet. The more coordination your nervous system has in unorthodox positions the more intelligent mobility you will have yielding more options to attack, escape, pass, whuteva. My warmups look more like capoeria, gymnastics, or breakdancing. The manipulation and control of your body weight is also(imo) the best form of strength training as well. 2 birds 1 stone.

    Very good point. Look at Geo and Boogeyman and Bill Cooper and Glover. Besides the inadvertent calisthenic strength from hitting power moves, it also helps with that coordination and orientation. And you see they're all very comfortable in unorthadox positions/transitions. You just dropped some gold bro.
