    Dude, I tried that Greco throw, but I did the arm triangle variation, It worked nicely. I did it straight from watching your vids, no reps or anything so thanks man.

    I'm hitting this like crazy off of dogfight. I'm doing just like the Powder Keg but intentionally missing the triangle.

    Anybody else tried that??

    Haha yea! That's an awesome entry but you have to make sure you are controlling the arm and can get the kimura grip in, otherwise you dont have much control. I pretty much hit it like the powder keg, but pull the over hook into my chest, then cross my outside arm over during the swing and switch the grip.

    This became a big part of my game lately and that greco throw has been working beautifully in training. Comps coming up soon so I can't wait to test this stuff out in them!

    Word. We're grabbing the near shoulder with our underhooking arm before we launch are are landing right in the inverted kimura.
