Have you ever tried to teach Shaub any 10p techniques? If you could show I'm one thing to add to his game, what would it be?

Whats your belief on over training Eddie. I know you said before four days BJJ, three days lifting for competition. Do you think mat time equates to getting better, or quality matters more?

Eddie, I've recently watched EBR57 with Richard Gauge. Great episode.

Do you think we might ever see a JRE with him? Ever talk to Joe about his feelings on a guest like him?

I love teaching so much I knew everything if I just focused on that everything is fine

and then the invisible gator would be the armbar transition from invisible collar when they push against your forearm to relief the pressure on their neck/collar bone area..right?
There are a few ways to take that far arm from IC. You can call all of these variations invisible crocs tho, there are many variations of regular arm bars from the guard yet the BJJ community calls them all arm bars. Alot of variations of moves never had separate names but because of DVD & book chapters I was forced to come up with names of all the variations, so sometimes moves in books and DVDs don't match up to the names of moves on modern episodes of MTS. Now I focus on muddy waters from IC, that's the best, most evolved way to hit that far arm bar from IC. Invisible gator is legit tho, it comes up every now and then in my sparring

because after developing a solid clinching 10p-game from there i think people should also be training in slippery tights or mma-shorts. (not all the time but maybe half of the time?) no i don't love to mix my grease with other mens grease haha!
why do i think you should be training this way too?
because in an mma/ufc-fight or in the summer on the street or on the beach you won't be wearing that much so it will be slippery when you have to defend yourself in an unarmed combat situation! (two dudes going at it..one that's been working out on the bars topless for a while to look good and the other one that came straight out of the water and has to defend himself - it's gonna be slippery..)
and imo people that do jiu-jitsu should never loose sight of the selfdefense aspect of what their working on. (points and advantages don't get me anywhere when defending myself on the street with no ref and no timelimit! i always want to finish the fight - just like you..)
I don't like greasy grappling. UFC allows knee sleeves and ankle sleeves
