Where do you think the biggest need/demand for a 10P moon is?

Yea Utah would be awesome if it was less conservative. How is Salt Lake compared to the rest of the state? Do you smoke the sacred herb? Not that I really give a shit but theres less alcohol in beer there? How douchey can the Mormons be or do they primarily stick to themselves? I love to snowboard so Utah would be perfect. Im hoping with it being surrounded by some increasingly libertarian-minded states it will loosen up a little over the years? I feel like it could be another Colorado. How do you like it? Biggest down side?

I know NYC has an abundance of JJ schools already, but was bummed when I was recently considering moving to NYC and thought that I'd have to train at Gracie Barra or something.
