Destiny messed me up pretty good. That game is super addictive. I was unable to train at the gym for a while and was gaming a lot instead. Body had all kinds of weird things going on when I started training again. All that sitting down I think causes a ton of bad posture mixed with times of inactivity. The shoulder problems from the slouching over time and bad head and neck positions. The info I found recently on bad posture messing with your leg flexibility and making you more susceptible to leg injuries is something to consider. I wonder how many jiu jitsu gamers or people that sit a lot have knee problems. Sitting is supposed to be the new cigarettes. Personally Im staying away from 1st person shooters for a while so I can get more things done. Keeping a good distance between me and the new battlefield and destiny
Also lately they have found both bad posture and inactivity to decrease testosterone production. Inactivity being a factor more so than aging. Just some extra infos
