    Z-Guard - Kimura to the Back! Technique Video

    So this dude who lives in my area Phil was making videos for the American top team thats near us. They are mad cool but focus more on mma. He is a videographer and got a whole bunch of equipment and wanted to make some jiu-jitsu videos with us (he trains). He brought it to me so i said why not. I have it set as unlisted cause i cant post stuff till im a brown belt but i can throw it up here. Anyways im gonna do some more so let me know what yall think.

    I use this sequence a lot. I also go to the knee bar from there if the kimura isn't there. I also like to get inverted then swim to spider web. Of course Brandon shuts all of that down as soon as I jump on it so there's that.

    this is my bread and butter
    people get wise to the back take so i usually hunt for crucifix but more likely inverted reverse triangle
