    Double locust

    Not 100% what you guys mean by that,
    Assuming it's being able to cross your legs with your feet on your thighs without using your hands.
    Yes or no?

    its double lotus and yes thats the position and it you use your hands it still double lotus but its just better if you can do it without using your hands

    its much easier if you go from the hip when doing i've been trying for ages for double lotus but if you isolate the hip and go from there much easier then if you where doing from the knee

    Still cant do it no handed but i can do it, just keep working on it the mor eyou work the easier it is

    Im so close to doing it with no hands. Eddie helped a lot when he said use the momentum of getting the first leg up to get the second leg up, I ALMOST got it haha!
