So about a month ago, I broke a rib at the gym. I was out for a month, then Saturday morning, it popped again, first time back on the mats. Doctor said another 4-6 weeks, which is fucking brutal news to me, but what do you guys do when you're out with injury? What I've been doing is, usually I spend 5 hours a week training, so now I spend 5 hours a week watching technique videos (mostly on here). Is there something else I can do? What do you guys do?
