It can be rough coming back after time off but the sooner you get back to it the better. Just accept that people around you have come up and use that as motivation to get back hard rather than allowing it to be overwhelming. Glad to see you're doing ok, hope you find a good environment to get some good training in.
I definitely needed to hear this. The regression of my game is a little overwhelming, I have to think about what I should be doing rather than it being natural. Which sucks but I'm so much happier getting back into it. Jiu Jitsu is such a large part of my identity, I didn't realize how much until I stopped training.
