I have not logged in for a long time and maybe this question has been asked before. If so, please refer me to the proper link, but what is your go to submission right now?

i use whatever submission is the most illegal. Best techniques are always the least legal techniques.

Straight ankle lock. It's the "legal" version of the heel hook accepted at most gyms.

Do you use the normal fall back ankle lock or the minowa ankle lock. If you don't understand:

Typically the normal fall back ankle lock, except instead of "falling back" I fall to my side with my shoulder on the ground.

The minowa ankle lock video you posted looks similar to the sit-up straight ankle lock from 50/50.
