I was thinking we could share lesson plans for those of us train with friends rather than at a traditional gym. Here are a couple we did this week.
Tuesday
Warm up: 2 min Shrimping, 2 min Pummeling, 2 min Plyometrics, 2 min arm bars from guard
10 min Stretch out
Mount escape to deep half to Homer Simpson "6 min then switch partners/position
Marcelo to back to swim move to arm crush ""
Pop Triangle to sit and pry triangle escape to knee reap to st8 ankle lock""
Sparring and cool down.
Wednesday
Warmup: 2min Armbars from guard (with no hands), 2 min penetration step, 2 min push ups. 2 min sprawling
Failed Hip bump to Triangle 6min then switch position/partner
1/4 Clinch to Mini Stomp to Lockdown to Mechanic
Under Pass to Darce
Sparring then cooldown.
Maybe we could start uploading and exchanging music playlists too!
