if you dont mind a very simple straight forward response, here it is. get a partner who is as dedicated or even more so than you... go to your local track, do some sprints to accelerate the heart rate... then follow it up with some navy seal style burpees... cardio and full body workout in one...maybe even incorporate some sprawls into the burpees... i do these with a buddy and we alternate/synchronize movement. ex: josue does one full burpee, as he finishes danny does one full burpee while josue rests, etc.... until we reach our goal of .... lets say 100 burpees. its only about a 3sec. rest inbetween burpees and no this is not our entire workout... but it would be a nice start for you.... add what you can or according to what your goals are search for things to add ....
