    Disappointed with Improvement

    Does anyone else get pissed off when they get better? I've been noticing that things are getting easier lately and I've been seeing less of a challenge at my gym. This sucks. I feel like I'm breaking through to a new level and I don't know how to deal with it.

    Start working more and more on your weak side. Try and do everything from your weak side.

    like someone else said, start working from your weak side. another thing is something that's really challenging is rolling a little with tennis balls in your hand. this will focus on proper full body technique since you can't just grab somebody and move him, you have to focus on body awareness.
