    Double Lotus!!!! After 2 1/2 months

    I've been stretching hardcore for a few months now and was able to pull it off today I'm just a white belt in the 10th planet system but love the stretching technique's in the Mastering the Rubber guard and have been doing them everyday for 2 1/2 months now. Love the Rubber Guard and the 10th planet system! I still train Gi but prefer Eddie's Jiu Jitsu system over the Gracie Barra system . 248772_10150628389670724_722720723_18957768_3833596_n.jpg

    how flexible where you to begin with?? this is a great inspiration for me!!! congrats!

    guys just wondering
    how come i was able to do it no problem?
    ive nvr been into stretching or anything
    i just dont see any difficulties in doing it
    is it because you guys are older?

    the fact your fifteen yes is a major benefit...i'm 25 and overweight lol

    If you follow Bravos stretches in Mastering the Rubber Guard book and start a routine once a day at least you should do fine. I love stretching now that I've made a routine and look forward to doing it.

    I wasn't that flexible , before I started Bravos system I only stretched before Jiu Jitsu 2 times a week .Thanks!

    less muscle makes it easier as well.

    this is what i did the same thing happend to me i couldn't even touch my toes now i can double lotus and get a leg behind my head lol
