I've been out of the game since february of last year, I was hit by a car when jogging and broke my left foot and both ankles. My first time back on the mats since then was this weekend in Omaha with a John Botello seminar on Friday and an Eddie Bravo seminar on Saturday. I have to say there was no better way to get back into the swing of things and get me excited to get back to work. Thank you guys so much for all the help. Also, a big thanks to Derek and everyone at 10th Planet Omaha, I had a great time and am looking forward to my next visit.

It feels fantastic, I've been on a high all weekend from it. I'm just consumed with excitement to be at it again.

I'm sore from head to toe and had to ice my ankles and knee but it didn't bother me at all. I'm so stoked that the pain actually feels good to me, it's kind of a familiar/nostalgic feeling.
