Jake Shields thinks a fight with BJ Penn at UFC: Rio is "not a bad idea"

I post on BJPenn.com quite a bit, and the fans there started a discussion about a potential fight between BJ and Shields when the UFC heads to Brazil. BJ has come out and said if the UFC had a slot for him, he'd love to fight on that card. So, I sent a tweet to Dana White on Twitter one day mentioning the possibility of the fight. To my surprise, Jake Shields replied and said "Not a bad idea." What do you guys think?

Jake is way to big for him.

His stand up is so awkward/garbage and BJ's takedown defense is so good that I think BJ could easily win this fight.

Even if he did get taken down I think he could stall Jake out and get it stood back up.

I really want to say BJ on this one but remembering the St pierre takedown + wrestling top control kinda worries me.

Good thing is that Shields does not have the takedown ability of St Pierre, however he has just as good maybe even better top control.
