    How can I improve my leg curl at home?

    Does anyone know how this might done.

    Now that Scotland has a 10th planet moon, I am getting to learn and work on alot of awesome new techniques but I am noticing my leg curl strength is fairly poor.

    Yes I understand that over time it will increase but I was wondering if there are any exercises I can do at home to improve this faster.

    My main issue is when I go to clear the head in rubber guard. As soon as I remove my hand, most guys can just pull away. Yes I can double bag but I don't want to have to rely on that everytime as it can be difficult on bigger opponents.

    Any thoughts are appreciated

    Get a medicine ball and triangle it and squeeze, put it between your legs and squeeze. Put it between your legs and squeeze then whip up and don't drop the ball

    Leg curls and any hip/leg workouts are important. Any serious grappler should be doing them. With that said, maybe try looking at your angle while clearing the neck. Proper angle and pressure is critical to controlling posture...especially in that position. Proper angle and weak legs can control posture; a bad angle and powerlifter legs cannot...

    Nordics are Russian leg curls, natural leg curls, ghetto GHRs, and whatever other name of the month they're given.

    Furniture slider curls are when you place your feet on furniture sliders then stick your hips in the air. Sort of like dynamic bridging
