meet. It will never replace Jiu Jitsu but it's alota fun. Don't worry, your hardcore you will love the conditioning.

Dont quit after the first day like 75 percent of the kids trying out will do, the 75 percent of kids who arent champions will do. Stick with it and youll do fine.
