Civil liberties and property rights are tied closely together. If you don't want a certain group of people to come to your home, it is your right as the property owner to demand they leave or be arrested for trespassing. The same should go for business owners who own the property. They should be able to decline service to whomever for whatever they want. If people had a problem with that, they could organize a boycott and put the place out of business. If I was a business owner, I would not be in favor of banning groups of people, it is retarded to turn away customers because of their religion or skin color. Money is money.
The Civil Rights act was well intentioned, but counter productive. At the time it further drove wedges between Blacks and Whites in America. It made race relations much worse. Today, the Civil Rights Act isn't necessary. Segregation isn't an issue anymore not because of the Civil Rights Act, but in spite of it.
