Being well-endowed in your upper region can be a blessing, but when it comes to grappling it is a major curse. When I get rubber guard pulled on me, I get caught on the person's thigh as they move around and it pulls and twists and they get pulled and twisted when I'm in someone's side control. Most times I have to pause the match to adjust myself. I have been looking at some compression bras and tops, but I don't know what to get. I don't like purchasing something like that that I can't try on or don't know anything about. Do any of you girls have any suggestions of brands or other methods of support or anything else.
