That is great he can hit a tire with a sledgehammer. You would think he would work on some MMA technique instead.

Reminds me of the interview with Sonnen after the Marquodt fight ("there's alot of confusion about the "F" in "UFC"):That is great he can hit a tire with a sledgehammer. You would think he would work on some MMA technique instead.
Basically the same idea about spending too much time hitting mitts flipping tires and needed to devote enough time with the actual "fighting"
