we roll all the time! our kinda set schedule is mon-thur 8-10. We start with the "INSANITY" workout, it last about 45 mins. then we roll. but I try to get on the mat 30 mins a day at least just to get warm and stretch! Remember, can't be a black belt unless you can do the lotus with no hands!

Sorry guys been super busy!! We get the keys to our building this Friday the 15th, and then it's a dash to get ready and open by 11/01/2010!! Here's a little bit of the promo video I'm working on. Good luck with everything bro! I know exactly what your going through first hand. Charlotte has multiple black belts and it can be tough has hell. Just like you said you have to become "RELENTLESS." Live the dream brother!!
