What's up Nibiru warriors?! I just wanted to share a little bit of my experience from this past weekend's seminar with Epstein in North Haven CT. Two words, Top Notch! For those of you who haven't had the chance to train with Scott yet I really recommend you do so as soon as you can. We covered some techniques from the lockdown and Scott really added a lot of emphasis on the small details that need to be polished up to make the stuff really work. I was pumped that we covered the north south choke in detail as well, I was even able to execute the sub the next day in rolling with a much higher level of control. 
. Overall the experience was nothing but positive. Scott made sure he spent individual time with everyone, correcting their mistakes and adding insight into the application of the technique.
