10th Planet JJ,
My name is Robert Luellen. I'm a big fan of your school, Eddie Bravo, and JJ. I've been lobbying my association to incorporate grappling into American Kenpo as apart of the belt system for requirements for 4th through 9th degree. I got the motion passed by our association head this year. I'm currently developing that path right now to give Kenpoists a way to get through to 9th degree using JJ and Judo. Right now most Kenpoists think that if you went to the ground, you did your stand up technique wrong. That attitude will get a student hurt or killed. So I change that attitude by working from within.
I've really taken to study the 10th planet methods, and I've been applying them in my school for some time now. Unfortunately my health has recently became an issue, and I've had to close down my public school. I'm still developing the video material for the AKLA to implement, but it is just taking more time due to circumstances.
The long and the short, thank you!!! This video I've posted is of my last seminar I did over grappling. My career is basically over, but I wanted to give something back. I'm not rich, so this is what I came up with. This video was shot in Claremore, OK for a small school of Kenpoists. I posted it in the hopes it will bring some Kenpoists to the 10th Planet JJ site, and they will begin following your methods.
