America has more than one thing right: Freedom from imperial british monarchy. Canadians walk around touting that we "beat them" in the war, but in reality we lost because Canada is still a slave to Britain, which was exactly the type of slavery that the Constitution is designed to quash.

I am a vocal supporter of concealed or open carry as well. We will never see that in Canada though. None of those shootings would have ended like they did if everyone was armed. In fact, none of those shootings would have ever taken place to begin with, if everyone was armed.

If this guy is really harassing you as much as you say it should be extremely straightforward to press charges or at least get a restraining order. I have to strongly disagree with the people recommending you get a gun. That is taking things in the complete wrong direction. Something like this needs to be DE-escalated not escalated

Really man this is the thing you tell to your local law enforcement officials and ask for advice, not an online jiu jitsu community.

yeah, and a rash guard and some gi pants so you don't get any man grease on you. Make sure to tell him you need about 5 minutes to warm up and stretch a little.

Seriously, documentation goes a lot further than saying dude did this or that. Police are not social workers, if you have proof of threats it usually gives police something more to go on and gives them leverage when going to a district attorney or judge (in the us). I am sure that there are some similarities in Canada. Police generally don't want involved in a he said this she said that kind of thing.

Documentation from the workplace is good too, escpecially from a separate and independent source. You can also contact facebook about threats and that will be documented too. Things deleted on facebook aren't really deleted.

The only useful cop is one that is nowhere near you.
You involve the "law" and you will regret it.

I recommend drilling your sorcerer and flying armbars. You also need to be prepared to do the rolling kimura if he sits down during the fight.

Seriously, press charges and get the police involved. Even if the law enforcement can't do anything at the moment, it should make him fear the consequences. Good luck with your situation and i hope that everything turns out well for you.
