Had a good night of class at the Clare HotBox. Spent the duration of the time going over back techniques. Making sure we establish our deep leg, flattening our opponent out, and finishing! Twisters, calf slices and Banana Splits. Chaining these three together, failed Banana Splits>Calf slice seems to be a lot of guys bread and butter. Been a fan of this series for years in wrestling.
