Seriously a body bag are amazing we had one at the old boxing gym and are superb for working body shots and uppercuts

Appreciate the input, we've never had this much space to work with before. And we've been a firm believer in just mats and a good group for quite a while, I think it's only fair to the team to have a little more to offer. Has anyone tried sandbag workouts - And would you recommend them? We're playing around with the idea of some sort of half cage set up as well. Anybody know of a cost efficient way to have one of those? Or did you guys just spend the money?
