    Well we're attatched to a full weight facility so idk if kettle bells would be a good buy. (Pretty sure the gym is all set on that stuff)
    Like the wrecking ball idea, what about Crash mats for practicing tosses? Do you guys feel they get enough use?

    We use ours, and a must for any Judo/Sambo, Wrestling and MMA program. But the use is low to moderate frequency for us.

    I got ours from tiffin about 8 years ago, still holding up. But I've recent had issues with Tiffins customer service and will never buy from them again.

    Kettlebells are a sick workout, I also like the suggestion of stability balls, medicine balls, jump ropes, maybe a tire and sledgehammers, extra bags for ground and pound, a ring or cage is always sick.

    Dont go cheap if you go with a cage. You cant put a price on safety. Ours is a full sized standing cage.
