You can do a flying Oma without a Gi, but in order to do so you need to get neck and arm clench going and then roll back wards as you throw leg over... you just clench opponents arm grab your peck and with other arm clinch same side as the arm you clinched put on his neck pull down as your roll backwards and your right into it. I love that and the oma from failed single leg take down.

Not being crass. I honestly wasn't sure if you were serious about putting this into the system.

I love flashy moves. But I prefer flashy moves that actually work. The no gi equivalent to that sleeve grab would be wrist control. Try that on a sweaty guy. The system is about high percentage attacks. So I thought you might be joking when you said to put this in the system.


All that said, I've seen this in a gif like 2 years ago. I hated it then. And I hate it now. And now I'm being crass. not with you. Don't take it personal. I just think its a stupid move. Doesn't look cool to me either. Like, yeah, my opponent is really going to stay completely still as I roll around his arm. Nah man. The more I talk about it, the more I hate it like it insulted my mother. Lol.
