I recently went to Barranquilla, Colombia to help train Nathan and his boys. As with my seminars, I roll with everyone. So over the course of a couple days, I rolled with practically the entire Hotbox. Towards the end, I was dead tired and could hardly move my lower back, but had a blast. Here are a few clips of some rolls that I got on video. The 1st video is just an easy roll. It was my first roll of the trip, so I was pretty fresh. The 2nd video was with a private session with a Colombian MMA fighter. The 3rd video was with a bigass wrestler who outweighed me by atleast 60 lbs. That was the hardest roll by far. Not only was he strong, but he was so fast. Damn. Luckily for me, he tired out.
