One thing i always like about traing with sbardella is the fact that even before we really got into the system we were always a heavily wrestling based gym cause of his credentials. Just break downs and riding and hip control escapes and scrambles are just there cause of the wrestling.

The wrestling bottom short series (kelly, armdrag, peakout) has been very useful in bjj for me, in addition to the cross body ride.
SIMS Martial Arts is 10th Planet Omaha and SIMS Wrestling among other things.
We have had a youth wrestling team for over 2 years now.

In Birmingham UK, we have started training pure wrestling and on the BJJ competition scene its paid of your practically starting 2-0 up.Low singles and doubles in BJJ are gold especially at white/blue/purple.
