Also, as you will have noticed, all women that were considered are going to be invited due to the fact that we were only selecting women in general and not by weight class.
All 11 girls will listed will be invited to these practices.
Last note : If you don't attend at least 1 practice a month, your spot will be up for
grabs. This is an effort to build a regular training program for us all to improve and I
know people have commitments but 1 practice a month should not be difficult.
I plan on attending every one and I hope that many others do as well.
