hey guys,
just had my birthday in the weekend, and i thought id make it easy for my family and friends by only asking for jiu jitsu related stuff and well i got me a grappling dummy.
ive had a few goes with it and its quite fun working on it, ive done some knee on belly and some rubber guard, but im just wondering if anyone on teh forum has any tips. do you work on top game mostly when u have the dummy? whats the msot efficient way to use it? am i overthinking this?
who else uses a grappling dummy?
