Really like this one, still trying to get it tightened up.

Douchebag is probably my favorite grip break right now. Takes the least amount of effort

This is the one with the foot, or knee rather, in the rib, right? I really like that one too. It's in my top 3 fave arm bars for sure!

Flows well with the Muddy Waters. Longer legs help but if you can lock it in with shorter legs it would be complete death just from the position

I'm down with any grip break where I don't have to let go of the legs. The basketball is a good one, ESP for competition.

Yea. I'd probably just have to do my best to push one or both of the shoulders out. Could probably squeeze your hand in there and pump them out.

I've seen Orchard kick over for the armbar so thats a def option. Personally I don't like to give up that triangle bite once I lock it in. You also have that Americana type submission if they try to Home Alone to avoid the armbar.

Top side armbar from S-Mount or Spiderweb (The one Aoki showed Eddie in MTS). Love it, been using since my early Judo days

I like the far side arm bar from knee on belly and spiderweb anytime I can get there.

as far as armbars go, i like to work them from spiderweb. ive been finding the deep hooks from scrambles a lot, though my swim move needs work. i generally just go basic spiderweb armcrush armbar. im starting to practice the baratoplata off the spiderweb rmbar though, looks like a lot of fun
