What type stomp do you like best/think is the most effective, and why?

Mini stomp is in the toolbox along with headstomp, but I'm thinking about going to butterfly guard silly! :P

I feel it's like this; Ordinary stomp: pinned opp, slow, methodic, safe.
New stomp: Smooooth..! Ninja, under the radar. But higher failure rate. (Maybe it's just me)
Super stomp; Just recently developed the flicky/flexi motion with the foot..I'm gonna test it.

It's in the name isn't it? Ok then... Super stomp! Thanks Derek!

Let it die and make room for other threads I guess..

i do like my slow stomp which is from the half guard variation i was doing in stockholm. even if u dont get the foot right around, being able to get ur shin into their calf muscle holds them there long enough to stomp

    Mini Stomp.

In my opinion, it is the most important.

Most high level guys won't let you control their entire leg for long.
At this level the mini stomp gives you more time in lockdown.
    More time. More reps!
