    Tailbone

    Hey i just wanna know if any of you guys ever had a tailbone injury and what too do..

    this monday in my last roll .. i go smashed with a hard knee to my tailbone .. i tried too join tuesday class but the pain of just shrimping was crazy... anybody got any tips ... right now i just ice it.
