Hyperlaxity, aka extreme flexibility, may seem superficially cool for Rubber Guard, but I would rather have the stability and structural integrity that comes with breakdancing (or capoeira, or presara yoga). Muscle hyperlaxity comes with publication, and a greater than average incidence of early onset arthritis, and a whole host of other health problems.
